Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote hotel services and packages.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, inventory, and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front office management role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
