Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote hotel services and packages.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, inventory, and receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front office management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
