  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, address concerns, and provide feedback.

Requirements:


  • Supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MSDS rules for handling and using chemicals.
