We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead a pivotal project aimed at supporting the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) in the realm of Critical Infrastructure Risk Analysis. This position entails the management of a diverse team of professionals and subcontractors tasked with:

  • Executing data analytics, encompassing enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and technical support.
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments, including cyber threats and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
  • Aligning operational requirements and capabilities to effectively identify and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Analyzing systems and assets to uncover risks that may lead to significant repercussions.
  • Providing strategic planning assistance and program management support.
  • Engaging in analytical writing and data visualization efforts.
  • Facilitating support for fluctuating workloads due to evolving risk management priorities.

The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving these initiatives to bolster the NRMC's mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analytics, focusing on enterprise architecture and systems engineering.
  • Perform risk assessments, including cyber and infrastructure analysis.
  • Align capabilities and data to enhance understanding and mitigation of risks.
  • Review and assess systems to identify potential cascading risks.
  • Support strategic planning and program management activities.
  • Engage in analytical writing and data visualization tasks.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support new risk management initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large teams, including subcontractors.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
  • Proven track record in leading programs focused on information sharing across public and private sectors.
  • Experience implementing analytical methodologies at organizational levels.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or fifteen (15) years without.
  • Possession of a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
  • Availability for communication during standard business hours and responsiveness to technical inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management for National Security missions.
  • Familiarity with NRMC and critical infrastructure protection efforts.
