About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their audio visual systems are functioning optimally and meeting their needs. Your expertise and passion for technology will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for audio visual systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our technical offerings and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Detailed working knowledge of audio visual systems, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with videoconferencing systems, AV control systems, and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
