About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrative Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Nature's Way. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing them with a seamless and effortless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Care: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Account Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, process orders, and handle returns and credits.
  • Logistics and Operations: Ensure seamless service level and effortless customer experience by managing logistics and operations.
  • Insight and Feedback: Capture and document customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and strong versatility in social styles. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and think critically in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
