Job Summary

The Integrative Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and development through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role will play a critical part in growing the Integrative business by serving as a liaison between customers and the Integrative Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless customer care through account administration, logistics, and other customer management tasks.
  • Manage inbound sales and technical phone queues, handling requests for orders, credits, returns, and product information.
  • Respond to email correspondence from customers, prospects, and consumers, capturing and documenting customer feedback for Integrative.
  • Assist Integrative sales managers with requests via phone and dedicated email box.
  • Support ongoing and ad-hoc sales and marketing activities.

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and strong versatility in social styles.
  • Ability to persuade through product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
