About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Integrative Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Nature's Way. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat service channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Care
    • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
