Integrative Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Integrative Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Nature's Way. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat service channels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Care
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
