  • Leadership: Lead by example and provide a World-Class Customer Experience by having needs-based conversations and offering financial solutions to meet the customer's needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of high school education or equivalent in addition to 3+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a teller and/or customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfort with utilizing internet-based applications.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
