As a WW Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, you will spearhead key initiatives that align with a comprehensive sales solution strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the strategic direction and evolving business needs through workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future states. This role will require collaboration with global management teams and colleagues across various regions.
Be a visionary leader in proposing and developing innovative solutions.
It is essential to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in deliverables.
Propose solutions that exceed the initial requests from business partners. Focus on scalable designs that prioritize flexibility and maintainability.Collaborate with leadership teams to create business cases and budget for projects.
Establish measurable success criteria for initiatives, ensuring ongoing tracking against these metrics.
Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects, encompassing mobilization, prioritization, requirements gathering, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing, and implementation.
Support critical business processes by promoting application integrity, data governance, and compliance.Oversee the Salesforce application, acting as the expert to define, design, and configure enhancements that yield significant returns on investment by bridging the gap between standard Salesforce functionalities and business processes.
Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that provide valuable business insights.Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
Prepare the organization for change and adoption:
Engage actively in ongoing discussions with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive expertise in Salesforce Platform functionalities and best practices, including the ability to assess configuration, customization, and integrations with external systems.
Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, user acceptance testing, and change management.
Experience working on multi-release projects following Agile methodologies.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
One of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following certifications is advantageous: Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Data Architect, or Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect.
A solid understanding of Enterprise Channel and End Customer sales is highly preferred.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and influence across diverse partners.
Experience collaborating on global projects with geographically dispersed teams is beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.
A passion for problem-solving and overcoming business challenges in collaboration with others is crucial.
A Master's Degree is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, determined within a range. This allows for growth as you develop within your role.
The base pay range for this position is between $139,200 and $209,900, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
