Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Scheduling: Coordinate training, scheduling, and assignments for community paramedics to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide exceptional care.
  • Client Referrals: Accept referrals from field providers and partner agencies, and prioritize cases that require expedited services to ensure timely access to care.
  • Relationship Building: Build professional relationships with clients, their families, healthcare providers, community partners, and vendors to ensure seamless transitions and access to care.
  • Administrative Support: Provide specialized office procedures, including taking and transcribing dictation, creating forms and tables, and typing documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Communication: Interact with other departments, clients, and the public by telephone or in person, providing information, resolving complaints, and directing individuals to appropriate personnel.
  • Personnel and Operations: Maintain personnel information, assist with audits and technical assistance projects, and coordinate/maintain sites, databases, programs, or operations of responsibility.
  • Supply Management: Maintain supply inventory and interact with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meetings and Appointments: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and set up events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Office Tasks: Perform routine office tasks, including data entry, filing, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as directed by supervisor to ensure departmental goals are met.
