Job Title: ISP Project Manager

NTI Connect is seeking an experienced ISP Project Manager to lead our data center construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, overseeing their successful completion.
  • Develop project plans, scope of work, and schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and team members.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality delivery on schedule.
  • Develop and mentor associate project managers to enhance team performance.
  • Review projects for accuracy, profitability, and adherence to corporate values.
  • Perform periodic QA inspections of assigned field projects.
  • Participate in pre-construction and regular status meetings with customers and vendors.
  • Ensure clear expectations and scopes of work are communicated.
  • Conduct site surveys to validate plans, materials, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with peers and operations management to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and construction, including white space and cabling infrastructure design.
  • Working knowledge of safety, security, and construction best practices.
  • Familiarity with data center products, including overhead basket tray and supporting trapeze, fiber trough, fiber panels, racks, cabinets, air flow containment, structured cabling, fiber and copper panels, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and diagrams.
  • Strong ability to accurately estimate labor effort and material requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, focused on customer service.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Experience with PM Tools such as Procore and BIM360.
  • Experience with Visio or Revit is a plus.
