Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate/Stylist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and promoting brand engagement with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Be an ambassador for the brand, promoting our culture and values internally and externally
- Drive financial results by achieving individual sales targets and supporting team members to drive total store and brand performance
- Ensure individual KPI goals are attained and support the achievement of KPI goals of team members and store
- Follow through on customer journeys to ensure a positive client experience
- Support the needs of clients through styling advice and suggestions
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every type of engagement
- Solution-oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues
- Create and develop a robust client book based on strong engagement
- Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store
- Support all visual merchandising initiatives, including adhering to visual directives and maintaining visual standards
- Support inventory initiatives, including regular Cycle Counts and inventory reconciliation
- Partner with the Store Manager/Director to create and execute activations/events in the store
- Attend all required meetings and contribute to creating a positive team culture
- At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
- Experience within women's apparel retail preferred
- Familiar with key retail performance indicators
- Adaptable, active listener, and compassionate
- Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) to engage with clients and team members
- Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs
