Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, in-person, and email
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and billing
  • Assist guests with dining and directions, as well as provide information on local attractions and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and laundry operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of consistent employment experience
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Compensation: $14 hourly
