Evening Service Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Evening Service Ambassador to join our team at Tempositions, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and repeat guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Take ownership of designated building locations and activities, engaging with all guests and ensuring smooth transitions at each stage of the guest's journey.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Firm's emergency procedures and be prepared to carry out designated tasks in the event of a fire or other emergency.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Must be fluent in English and able to stand 100% of the shift.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
