Job Description
This role involves maintaining safety and structure within our treatment environment, observing and recording patient information relevant to their treatment plans, and reporting updates to the appropriate staff members.

Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess changes in patient status, gathering necessary patient care data using available resources, and providing crisis intervention to maintain a safe environment (40%).
- Provide direct patient care and activities such as vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, assistance with exams and treatments, and facilitating group interactions, while documenting any changes in physical or mental conditions to nursing staff (40%).
- Lead or co-lead social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance patients' social relationships and interpersonal skills (15%).
- Participate in unit activities like supply management, patient transportation, and equipment maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency (5%).
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances for working with vulnerable populations.
