Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at US Derm Support Roles. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, check them in for appointments, and verify insurance information.
  • Electronic Health Record Management: Scan documents into the electronic health record and maintain the tidiness of the waiting area and reception counter.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up: Check schedules for added, canceled, and no-show appointments, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to designated tasks in the electronic health record, order clinic office supplies, sell and track cosmetic products, distribute mail, and prepare for next day scheduled appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, ability to operate standard office equipment, and attention to detail.
