Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with our team to provide ongoing assessments of patient status, gathering pertinent data and providing crisis intervention as needed (40% of time)
+ Provide direct patient care, including activities of daily living, vital signs, specimen collection, and facilitating group sessions; report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff and document accordingly (40% of time)
+ Lead or co-lead social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance patient relationships and interpersonal skills (15% of time)
+ Participate in unit activities such as supplies management, patient transport, and equipment maintenance (5% of time)

Qualifications and Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience and/or education, as determined by the company in lieu of a degree
+ CPR certification from the American Heart Association
+ Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
