We are seeking an experienced Senior Optometrist to join our team at Monroeville Mall in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring high-quality optometric services, and driving business growth through strong partnerships with our store team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrating commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
• Ensuring the Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
• Operating as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.
