The Staff Accountant will be responsible for verifying and researching data entered in the system, issuing invoices to insurance companies, and reconciling company cash and credit. Additionally, the candidate will process company payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Understanding of QuickBooks financial system
