Main Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for properties
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of properties
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications for housing
  • Maximize occupancy levels and manage rent collection processes
  • Work closely with maintenance teams on repairs and improvement projects
  • Participate in property performance evaluations and strategize enhancements

  • Facilitate resident meetings and manage community relations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in property management
  • Demonstrated experience in property management roles
  • Understanding of housing regulations and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in computer applications
  • Experience with property management software is preferred

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Regional Property Management Supervisor

Physical Requirements: Must be able to navigate stairs and lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Local travel to various properties is necessary

Work Environment: Must be available for emergency situations; background checks are mandatory

Remote Work Availability: Option for partial remote work is available
