At Insight Global, we are seeking a Senior EW Specialist to join our team in Manchester, NH. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level technical support and solutions for our clients' EW threat simulation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment, installation, and sustainment of EW threat simulation systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing, advanced troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of equipment, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Provide on-site technical support, guiding customers in system operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand unique requirements, providing strategic recommendations and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments, determining optimal installation locations and system configurations for maximum performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems into customer environments.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to RF, EW, and threat simulation.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive technical documentation, empowering customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RF, EW, and threat simulation, with expertise in configuring and troubleshooting complex RF systems.
  • Hands-on experience with products such as ELINT, AMES II, AMES III, CEESIM, A2PATS, UXG, etc.
  • Possess Secret or TS clearance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
