About the Job

As a Customer Service Lead at Tempur Sealy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, and your passion for delivering outstanding service will set us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, including product information and follow-up
  • Support the store in maintaining presentation and product care standards
  • Foster a collaborative and open environment
  • Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
  • Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance
Requirements
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships
  • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting store hours
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
