Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of broad finance experience in a nonprofit environment, with at least 5 years as a CFO.
  • Education: Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or MBA preferred, CPA highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent financial oversight skills, experience managing accounting, tax, budgeting, and overseeing investments/endowments, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Work Environment

The position is hybrid or remote and can be filled by a candidate in any area reasonably accessible to the Clarke campuses. Due to the workforce being located exclusively in the EDT time zone, candidates in the EDT and CDT time zones will be given primary consideration.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time at a desk
  • Ability to carry or lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to travel as needed
