Call Center Manager Coach

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Manager Coach to join our team at ValorVIP. As a member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives who handle inbound calls and provide expert guidance on tax-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, while driving sales results and improving call center productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of customer service representatives
- Coaching and developing reports on customer service processes and best practices
- Managing metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to improve call center productivity
- Driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence
- Directing workforce management activities and setting performance goals and objectives
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
