  • Assist with skill building, daily living activities, and recreational events, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Monitor participants for signs of crisis and intervene when necessary, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of participant progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health/substance use issues, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
