Dialysis Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis management and a proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams. The Operations Manager will be responsible for collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. A minimum of 12 months of dialysis management experience is preferred, as well as a current RN state license.
