Dialysis Services Clinical Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients. As the Executive Director of Dialysis Services, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and supervision for our dialysis service line, which includes the renal clinic, inpatient adult and pediatric acute program, all outpatient adult hemodialysis clinics, adult and pediatric home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Medical Director(s) to plan, organize, supervise, evaluate, and administer activities of the various dialysis programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TJC, OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards.
Requirements:
- A current RN license in the State of Texas.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Master's degree in nursing or higher preferred.
- Requires 3 years' experience as the clinical nurse supervisor/charge nurse/administrator and/or director of a freestanding or hospital dialysis unit is required.
- Three or more years' leadership experience with acute, chronic dialysis, and home modalities/programs are preferred.
