Job Summary

At University Health, we are seeking a skilled Renal Dialysis Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in general patient care and be proficient in operating renal dialysis equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled direct patient care, including administering medications and accessing hemodialysis catheters.
  • Monitor renal dialysis patients and recognize changes in their condition.
  • Operate all renal dialysis equipment and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

  • Current LVN licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Two years recent experience in general patient care.
  • Verification of course completion in accordance with American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines.
