About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Lead Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Lead Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales through your expertise in beauty products and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
  • Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry, including staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  • Provide credibility to clients through your knowledge of products and beauty trends.
  • Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application techniques.
  • Understand and execute sales plans to support and meet goals.
  • Execute and maintain all visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
  • Support omni-processing within the department.
  • Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts, and price changes.
Requirements
  • Authentic passion for beauty.
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
