Healthcare Recruiter Specialist

This is a commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential based on successful placements. With recent layoffs in the talent acquisition space, many recruiters need to put their talents to use and make a living for their families. This opportunity will do just that. You can work full-time, part-time, or even have another job. We don't micromanage; work as little or as much as you want based on how much money you want to make.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific healthcare roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job descriptions, and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in healthcare regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize job offers.
- Achieve personal and team recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of the US market, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
- Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- A strong network of healthcare professionals, schools, and institutions.
- Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Sales skills and client focus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
