At Assurgent Medical Staffing, we're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting Physician and Advanced Practitioner candidates to our clients using proven methods of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet recruitment goals, including internet and journal postings, postcard mailers, email and text broadcasts, and conference advertising.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and company database.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with various providers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing providers, fostering a network of trusted professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful and results-oriented approach, able to think creatively and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with physicians and advanced practitioners.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM-type software, with a willingness to learn new technology.
