NICU Manager

GQR Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled NICU Manager to join our team. As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Neonatal Intensive Care unit.
About the Role
- Supervise and manage a team of 25 direct reports
- Floating across departments as needed to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in on-call rotations with MCH Leaders to guarantee 24/7 support
Requirements
- Active CA RN License
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, LA County Fire Card
- No less than 2.5 years of Level III NICU Director experience
- Excellent communication skills
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)
Our Facility
We are a Stroke Center pursuing Magnet Status, utilizing the Epic EMR system. Our facility provides PPE and on-site parking, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range estimated at $140-$160 per hour, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week
