**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Supervisor to oversee the operational and clinical aspects of our work area or unit. This role involves front-line supervision of staff while on the unit, collaboration with the Manager to implement plans addressing performance improvement, quality improvement, advancement of care delivery, and customer/staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a high-level NICU setting, serving as a charge nurse, preceptor, leading teams, and managing change. They should possess expert clinical knowledge of the unit's patient population, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, both verbally and in writing.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide operational and clinical supervision for a work area or unit
* Collaborate with the Manager to implement plans addressing performance improvement, quality improvement, advancement of care delivery, and customer/staff satisfaction
* Develop systems to ensure efficient workflow and collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the interprofessional team

**Requirements:**
* Baccalaureate degree and California licensure in respective discipline required
* For nursing: California RN License, Current CPR and PALS Card; For NICCU nursing: NRP and certification in neonatal intensive care nursing from a nationally-recognized accrediting organization required
* National Certification Required

**Compensation:**
We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000-$233,875 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
