Job Title: Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team at OneSupport. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • One year of experience in technical support or customer service required
