Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Analyst to join our team at Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and grooming the product backlog, performing requirements gathering, and documenting technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write user stories with the 3W format and document Acceptance Criteria using Azure DevOps
  • Partner with multiple agencies to understand business processes, system requirements, and integration requirements
  • Create and maintain functional process analysis documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and technical requirements documents
  • Perform technical process evaluation, analysis, and recommend fixes
  • Partner with the QA team to support User Acceptance Testing and provide go-live support and immediate post-production support activities as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Financials, Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Report Writing, and/or B
  • Ability to work on multiple projects or systems simultaneously
  • Experience with workflow analysis, integrations/APIs, and overall ERP System design
  • Experience with writing user stories in the 3W format and Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
