About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our Site Design team at DOWL. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for performing full calculations and comprehensive design services for a variety of civil engineering and site development projects with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise a strong work ethic and demonstrate a desire to learn new design concepts
  • Apply judgement and discretion in design decisions
  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Perform moderate to advanced levels of technical work on larger and more complex projects
  • Lead technical effort on small projects and perform quality control of basic deliverables
  • Team player able to follow on large, complex projects and lead a small team on simple tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4 years of experience required
  • PE required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
