Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate long-term financial strategies for Real Estate through detailed financial modeling
  • Evaluate strategic real estate proposals to inform investment choices
  • Perform retrospective analyses and create performance dashboards for new store openings
  • Assess the competitive environment and deliver insights to support decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with leaders across various departments and business units
  • Effectively convey data and analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of financial experience with a track record of success
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adhere to deadlines
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the retail or e-commerce sectors
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration

Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000
