We are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance & Accounting to lead our financial & accounting strategy and support our ambitious growth plans at AG Mednet.

This role requires leveraging extensive experience and expertise to drive the development of financial planning, accounting, analysis, and strategy formation.

As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial and growth strategies, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing all accounting functions, including the accurate & timely closing of monthly / quarterly / annual results, general ledger management, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and pay roll.

You will also oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term financial planning.

Craft and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Lead the finance and accounting team, elevating its capabilities to support the company's strategic direction.

Manage tax filings, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and work to optimize the company's tax strategy.

Spearhead financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making across all business units.

Ensure financial & accounting compliance and integrity in all reporting and operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree highly regarded.

At least 10 years of finance and/or accounting experience, with a significant portion in a strategic leadership role managing a finance and/or accounting team.

Proven experience in a tech or startup environment, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial strategies to diverse stakeholders.

A proven track record of success as a CFO or senior financial leader in a high-growth company.

Experience implementing accounting software and enhancing operational efficiency.
