Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the accounting for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
  • Manage the accounting for multifamily residential properties, with additional office, hotel, and resort assets.
  • Partner closely with the holding company Managers to oversee the Trust's real estate holdings.
  • Administer asset division and distribution from the Trust to a small group of family beneficiaries.
  • Navigate the complexities of partnerships, LLCs, and S Corps within the Trust.
  • Manage cash flow, fixed income, and securities under the guidance of a high-net-worth management firm.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements for the holding company and family office.
  • Provide expertise on real estate partnerships, tax structures, and the financial intricacies of the Trust.
  • Maintain strong communication with beneficiaries, external accountants, attorneys, and investment managers.
  • Oversee administrative tasks to ensure compliance with legal, tax, and financial regulations.
What You Bring:
  • Experience with real estate partnerships, tax structures (LLCs, S Corps), and high-net-worth estate management.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with family beneficiaries, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale real estate portfolios or similar asset management roles.
