Service Manager II Job Description

VIP Auto LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager II to join our team. As a Service Manager II, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Knowledge of automotive service industry trends and best practices
  • ASE certification in service consultant and/or parts specialist
Work Environment:

The Service Manager II will work in a fast-paced service department environment, interacting with customers, technicians, and other team members. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Demands:

The Service Manager II will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the service department as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout the workday.
