Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Field Service Manager to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. as a Field Service Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Field Service Technicians who install, repair, and upgrade machinery at various customer facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Field Service Technicians who install, repair, and upgrade machinery at various customer facilities.
  • Solve customer issues regarding machinery and equipment malfunctions by providing over-the-phone technical support or by sending out a Field Service Representative to solve the problem(s).
  • Manage revenue in designated territory and find ways to increase it.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Industrial Machine Tools.
  • Completion of Field Service training program or similar.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
