Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Salience Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals seeking mental health services.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for conducting new patient therapy evaluations, facilitating individual psychoeducational sessions, and providing crisis interventions. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
