About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and families in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to patients and families with complex psychosocial needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, providing timely and effective support to patients and families.
  • Participate in program development and contribute to the teaching mission of the hospital by working with trainees and participating in didactics.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage-Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • At least 1 year of job-related experience, with a preference for 3 years or more.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
