Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas, preparing snacks, and implementing engaging activities for children.
- Organize and maintain equipment, games, and toys, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Provide hands-on supervision, engaging in play and activities while ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Lead small and large group activities, including crafts, nature exploration, songs, games, and other creative pursuits.
- Develop positive relationships with children, teaching games, skills, and hobbies, and communicating with parents about their child's experiences.
- Assist with drop-off and pick-up, provide important information, and communicate with parents about their child's day.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and emergency procedures, prioritizing children's safety and well-being.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with children.
- Ability to lead, plan, and implement program activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
