Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide

At Pivot Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physical therapists in delivering high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in preparing patients for treatment, including applying supportive devices and assisting with exercises and functional activities.
  • Provide routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities, under the direction of professional staff.
  • Clean and maintain the work area and equipment after treatment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
  • Patient/client satisfaction is essential, with a focus on providing care that exceeds expectations.
