Lead Infant Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a qualified Lead Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team at one of our campuses. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest students, ages 6 weeks to 24 months. Our school is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of our children and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide educational and developmental activities for infant and toddler children
- Supervise and care for the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child
- Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education
- MSDE 90hr Infant/Toddler Certification or CDA Certification with Infant/Toddler Endorsement
- Excellent understanding of child development and instructional strategies
- Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations
