Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to join our Twos preschool program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational and social-emotional support to our students, while also demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that meets the needs and interests of our students
  • Supervise and care for the physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs of each child in the classroom
  • Lead the classroom team and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage the classroom environment to ensure a safe and positive learning experience for all students and staff
Requirements
  • Minimum of MSDE 90hr Preschool Certification or CDA with Preschool Endorsement
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent understanding of child development and instructional strategies
  • Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations
  • Warm, friendly, and cool-tempered demeanor
  • Proficient technological skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Team-oriented and willing to work with others
