Job Summary:
Lukos is seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Development Analyst to support the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Juvenile Family Management Division (JFMD) in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will ensure facility compliance with educational provisions, develop and oversee lesson plans and curricula, and provide technical assistance and programmatic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure facility compliance with educational provisions of the Flores Settlement Agreement, ICE's FRS, and other requirements.
- Provide guidance and oversight on the development of lesson plans and curricula based on a State-approved model program.
- Develop and oversee the testing and reporting of initial and ongoing assessments using age-appropriate and psychometrically sound assessment instruments.
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive Child Find system in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) to identify and refer children who need early intervention or special education services.
- Coordinate and direct a multidisciplinary approach for special education service delivery.
- Oversee the development and implementation of subject-oriented field trip activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in educational programming, including those addressing high-risk and vulnerable populations.
