Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Project Manager to join our team at Pitisci & Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful project management and delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a learning project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple priorities and proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate
- Leverage presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients, other stakeholders, and other team members
- Bring customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience

Requirements

- 5 years project management experience (PMP certification preferred)
- Strong demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex learning projects independently and inclusive of driving the project plan, managing all phases of the project, including the design and development phases, managing stakeholders, etc.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

- Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:
- Demonstrating agile and waterfall project management skills, including creating project plans, sprint plans, driving milestones, managing to budget, communicating status, and escalating risk throughout to manage the end-to-end design, development, and/or curation, delivery, and measurement of various learning solutions, including live/virtual conference/classroom and digital learning assets and experiences
- Possessing project management skills and ability to simultaneously guide/oversee the implementation of many different programs
- Applying adult learning theory, human-centered design, and instructional design to lead and/or contribute to the development of learning solutions that meet client needs
