We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our team at Wisconsin Vision Associates, Inc. (WVA). As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Read customer orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Pick customer orders based on invoice indicators.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, and verify order accuracy through a manual/visual checking process.
- Utilize a computer to process orders and engage in various activities within the distribution team as directed by the team leader(s).
- Assist in maintaining a lean work environment and work as a team with all functional work areas.
- Accuracy of orders: 95% or higher.
- Units picked and processed: meet or exceed company expectations (Ship to Patient: 210 Units per Hour, Ship to Office: 140 Units per Hour).
- Units checked and processed: meet or exceed company expectations (Ship to Patient: 120 Units per Hour, Ship to Office: 180 Units per Hour).
- Units shipped and processed: meet or exceed 175 Packages per Hour.
- Attendance: 95% or higher.
All Fait Distribution Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. This role is also responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating, and implementing solutions where possible.
Personal Improvement:Fait Distribution will provide resources and support for education and training as needed. It is the Associate's responsibility to seek approval, schedule, and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs.
